DFCCIL Posts Grade N1 to N7 and IDA Pay Scale
New IDA Pay Scales
Introduction of New IDA Pay Scales below E0. The Board of Directors has approved New IDA (Industrial Dearness Allowance) Pay Scale structure for below Executive (E0) level.
The Grade varies from N7 to N1 in decreasing order.
Two Level is defined
i. Skilled Staff
ii. Multi-Tasking Staff

2. Deputation and Absorption
Open Market Recruitment is open for all and applications are invited through open notification. While In Deputation and Absorption only those are recruited who is already working in Indian Railway or any other Government department as per the eligibility criteria.
