Detailed Steps for Renewal Merit-Cum-Means Scholarship with an illustration:-

1. click here to fill Fresh/Renewal Application [ It will open National Scholarship Portal http://www.scholarships.gov.in/ ]

The last Date (Deadline )is 30 November 2021.

2. On ''National Scholarship Portal'' click on the link “Apply for Renewal” Renewal or Click on the "New user/Register" Link.

3. Log in to your account:

on this page, you have to fill your Application Id [Permanent Id of Previous Year Like BR201516*********]

Password is your Date of Birth put it as 14/02/1996 [Pass Word is accepted only in this format, must put oblique in between]

Fill Captcha and Click Login

4. Fill your required data Like:

Renewal Details:

Aadhaar Number* [A 12 Digit Number]

Mobile Number*

Annual Family Income* [BPL to 2.5 Lac]

Academic Details:

Previous class (%)*

Admission Fee*

Tuition Fee*

Misc. Fee*
(All Asterisk-marked Details are mandatory)

After filling above mandatory details Click on Save & Continue

5. In the next window you have to upload the following 9 documents:-

1. Domicile Certificate

2. Student PhotoGraph

3. Institute Verification Form

4. Self Declaration of Income Certificate by the student

5. Self Declaration of minority community certificate by student

6. Self-attested certificate of previous academic mark sheet

7. Fee receipt of current course year

8. Proof of bank account In the name of the student

9. Scanned copy of aadhar Card

What are the above-mentioned Documents required for Merit-Cum-Means Scholarship? 

Below are the details about the document which are required to upload...
1. Domicile certificate: It is your Residential Certificate
2. Student PhotoGraph: Means Your Recent Photograph
3. Institute Verification Form: The Verification by Institution is mandatory for consideration of the application. Students are directed to take the printout of the 'Institute Verification Form' get it verified by their Institution, scan & upload it, in order to apply for Minority Scholarship.
4. Self Declaration of Income Certificate by the student (Download it, take a printout, fill it then scan to upload)
5. Self Declaration of minority community certificate by the student (Download it, take a printout, fill it then scan to upload)

6. Self-attested certificate of previous academic mark sheet: Means Last Exam Marksheet

7. Fee receipt of current course year

8. Proof of bank account In the name of student [As Scholarship will be directly transferred (through NEFT) to your account so, Bank account must have a clear print of Account number, your correct Name, and IFSC code]

9. Scanned copy of AAdhar Card [Now Aadhar is a mandatory document]

Note: - Now (After 22-08-2014) it is Not required to upload/send Affidavit on Non-Judicial Stamp Paper for Minority Community Certification & Income Certification for availing Scholarships. (Want to confirm this info?  Download Official Notification through below Link)

After Uploading Above Mentioned Documents Click on FINAL SUBMIT.
Note: - Must Review your Application before final submit.
Now you have successfully done your Renewal MOMA Scholarship Application.

Keep Calm and wait for about 4-5 weeks after the last date of submission. After that "Check your status" Link will be activated which will tell whether your application is approved for the Sanction of Scholarship or Rejected for any mentioned reason.
